Welles "Live Welles" Brand Video

Brand video for Live Welles, a short-lived eco-scrub company founded by fashion industry veterans who had spent the pandemic making protective gear and scrubs from donated fabric for frontline doctors. Live Welles grew out of that work into a genuine apparel brand — fashionable medical scrubs built from sustainable, recyclable materials.

Directed the launch animation, tracing the material's full life cycle: a plastic bottle transforming into fabric, and that fabric transforming into Live Welles' own clothing — visualizing the brand's entire sustainability story in one continuous transformation.
